Paddocks Blossom & Cider

When you come to visit us look to your right as you come through the automatic gates and enjoy the blossom on the small orchard. It has been fantastic this season. Whether this will mean that we have a good crop of apples I don’t know. Last year was terrible for the whole area. If you come later in the season you can be the judge. Those of you with a vigorous disposition can help load the cider press, those with a sensible disposition can sample the fresh apple juice and those with an insensible disposition can taste last year’s cider. When there is a breeze the blossom showers the grass. The cherry blossom tree outside the orangerie is not giving up its blossom and looks great.
